Time management is my mortal enemy. Some days I’m on it 1000%. Other days I just don’t feel like doing anything. As of now, I have so many things on my to-do lists that I don’t even know where to start. I have books to read, chores to complete, places to go, people I need to catch up with, shows to watch, and other things I can’t remember at the moment. Instead of doing all of that, I end up on the internet or taking an accidental nap.
Sigh. I don’t know. I probably could be doing something better right now, but this has been on my mind for a while. This is an issue that I have to fix. Not sure if I have take a 5-hour energy drink “everyday” or drop 100lbs or whatever, but I got to get it together. This I do know. Like Danny Glover, “I’m getting too old for this shit!” :-/
So as you probably noticed, I kinda sorta have been ignoring my blog. Not necessarily all by choice, but none the less, I haven’t been posting on here as much as I initially thought I would.
Lately, I have found a new home over at Google+. I highly recommend Google’s social network for those that use a lot of Google’s products and are tired of Facebook’s over crowded pages and timelines. Of course, I know I am an early adopter and G+ isn’t for everyone, but I still recommend it nonetheless.
Other than that, things have been going great! So many things to share! I’ll comeback to catch everyone up later on.

I love it when things are just moving along! This summer and early fall has been filled with filming, writing, editing, and a little work with original music compositions. Its great to be able to use all of your creative forces at once. I’m truly blessed to have such a great crew and exciting people in my life.

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY Y’ALL! - I have been blessed to be on this earth for 26 years now! I have learned so much about life and things about myself that even I didn’t know! It’s crazy how time flies. Some would say “I wouldn’t change a thing” but me… HELL YEAH I would go back change a few things! For instance, I would of play more sports in high school, I would of asked out a few girls I was too nervous to approach, I would banged a few substitute teachers… Ok just kidding about the last one. But the point I’m making is this. Yes there are things I would changed but I can’t dwell on that anymore. There is no time like the present. I’m learning things everyday (including things I theoretically should of learned a long time ago) and I love it. Well off to the tag office I go. The State of Georgia has a funny way of making your birthday extra special.

So today… While listening to some songs on shuffle mode, one of my unused instrumentals came on. Instantly, I felt like “Damn! I need to invest in my home studio again! I need to do something with this track!” Lately, I have been sucked into the acting world and have forgotten how much fun it was writing and producing music. I know one day I will have my “cake and ice cream” too, but until then… All I can do I is reminisce of the good ol’ days when rapping and singing was about the passion and story being told. :-/
